The Primary children went out on a very wet day to pick up vegetables in the farm fields, as part of their outdoor learning. Here is an account of their fabulous experience by Mrs. Hartnoll.
“What an amazing time we had out in the farm fields today! The children fully embraced the wet and muddy weather and had an unforgettable outdoor learning experience.
They slid in the mud, jumped in puddles, and got hands-on with real farm work. The children loved digging for potatoes, pulling up their own carrots, and watching as I cut fresh cabbage, cauliflower, and swede straight from the field.
Everyone showed brilliant enthusiasm, teamwork, and resilience—and they got wonderfully muddy in the process!
A huge well done to all our little farmers!” 🥕🥔🌽
