We’re excited to share the latest Primary Provision Updates. Our team is focused on finalising every detail to ensure a smooth and confident start for pupils and their families.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll continue to prepare for inspections, welcome contractors onsite, and finalise classroom layouts. We’re also reviewing key areas such as medical provision and uniform continuity. Each of these elements supports a calm, well-prepared start to the school year.
Site Ready for Estyn Visit
July was a transformational month for Ffynone House. With thanks to Oakleigh House School and the team at Britannia Robbins removals, we now have fully furnished primary classrooms and engaging outdoor play areas.
With all the prep that had already been done by our phenomenal team onsite, everything just slotted into place. Our original ‘prep’ classrooms waiting again to welcome young learners through their doors.
We just have a little landscaping work on one of the outside areas and the cubicles in the new toilets on the ‘to do’ list early next week, before we are ready to welcome Estyn for their site approval visit.
So proud, so grateful, so ready for this new chapter!
Estyn Visit: Positive Progress
The Estyn inspection on 23rd July 2025 was a great success. Our work is now progressing to ensure all the details are in place to get our final sign-off.
We’re working directly with both Estyn and the Welsh Government to ensure everything is in place. Their supportive feedback has helped shape our final preparations.

Looking Ahead
Our original prep classrooms are ready to welcome young learners once again. We expect to begin accepting applications and deposits within the next two weeks. This is an exciting milestone, and we can’t wait to open this new chapter in our school’s journey.
