On Tuesday, April 8th, the whole school gathered at the university sports fields to participate in our annual sports day. The weather was glorious and everybody had great fun taking part in all events. Records have been broken again this time. Y11 Zac set 5 new records in Athletics. Sports Day is usually later in the year, and Y11 are normally doing exams at that time. It was lovely to see Y11 and the sixth- formers take part this year. Equally, some pupils who were struggling to finish the race helped each other. Y7 Olivia and Abbie did not give up. They held hands to reach the finishing line together! This is the true spirit of what Ffynone is about: resilience, kindness, selflessness. Well done, girls!
